Beautiful and lovely location on the outskirts of town with free parking if needed. And short walk to restaurants, and the Nicoya gulf.

I've booked a double room with beautiful view and everything was wonderful. It was attractive and I had a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee and tea making equipment. The hotel had a hillside setting to nature reserve.

This secluded property offers stunning views and a beautiful location overlooking the Nicoya. The balcony is a fantastic spot for breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The staff at the front desk are friendly and speak excellent English.

There were some aspects of our stay that left a lot to be desired. The linens on the bed had a sour smell, making the whole room unpleasant.

Clean, old-fashioned hotel, I loved reasonably spacious rooms and incredibly welcoming staff. My room included a private safe, a mini bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. The location couldn't be more stunning and great in the mountains. Further, it was near Costa Rica and jungle, coast, and sunset. The venue took care of the top-notch service. I didn't want to say goodbye, had a really great experience and will be returning here soon.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed that made for a great stay. The location offered stunning views and a unique Swiss chalet style that added to the charm. The staff at Belmar went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making the experience even more special.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, offering a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences.

it has stunning, excellent setting, right by nature reserve, the best activities, and the pond where there were many birds to be found.

The room was clean with 2 beds, we stayed here for 1 night. Its location was stunning on a Hill surrounded by the forest😀
